Every ocean oriented homeowner knows the list of repairs and maintenance is always expanding, typically quicker than you’d like! Small repairs and maintenance items can often be the most difficult jobs to find contractors for. At AOPW, we can tackle these small projects in-house and have them complete by the time you return. We only offer these services to our clients, not the general public, so our time and energy is focused on you and your home. 

All projects begin with an email quote for cost of materials and labor, and we will only begin projects that have been approved in writing by our clients, you will never be surprised with a bill for repairs you did not authorize. Just like our home watch inspections, you will receive ongoing progress photos and thorough communication about the status of the project.
