Many contractors and specialists are required to keep a home operating properly: HVAC, pest control, plumbers, electricians, pool service, cleaners, it often may feel like a revolving door. Having dealt with these contractors and companies for so many years, we have developed relationships with the best around. Since your trust is being placed with AOPW, we must in turn trust the contractors and services we recommend. Many homeowners already have their preferred service providers, and we are happy to work with anyone you are familiar and comfortable with. If you are a new homeowner or looking to make a change, we will have recommendations for vendors we have used and can attest to their quality of work. 

Once these services are scheduled (interior pest control, HVAC maintenance, appliance repair, etc), we will coordinate with the vendor to ensure they have access to the property, and will be there when they leave to check the property and ensure everything is safe and secure. Our goal is to make these appointments seamless and stress free for all parties involved. We do this by communicating properly and being where we need to be, when we need to be there.
